Returns & Refunds policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason, unless the item is made to order or personalized.

The cancellation period ends 14 days from the day you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. No additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must have been purchased within the last 14 days.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

Made-to-order vases, as each vase is 3D-printed individually and produced specifically for your order. Due to their unique form and production process, these items cannot be resold.

Vases that have been used with water, flowers, soil, or other materials, as they can no longer be returned in their original condition.

Vases that show signs of use, damage, or wear after delivery.

Items that, by their nature, cannot be returned, including products that have been permanently altered after delivery or inseparably combined with other materials.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

Before returning any item, you must contact us first at info@designmova.com .

We will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed. Please do not send items back without prior confirmation, as we cannot accept or process unauthorized returns.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Refunds can only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
